Wheat is the most important winter cereal grown during the non-monsoon months, and it is less vulnerable to yield fluctuation than other crops. After rice, wheat is the most important cereal in India. It is grown in cooler regions of India during the mild winter months of November to mid-April.
Physical characteristics such as hectolitre weight, thousand grain weight, grain hardness and texture are important for the grain trade. Based on physical parameters and purity, Indian wheat has been grouped into different grades in accordance with the international grading system. Our grading system is therefore comparable with the practices followed in other parts of the world.

The soyabean is one of the richest and cheapest sources of protein and is a staple in the diets of people and animals in numerous parts of the world. The seed contains 17 percent oil and 63 percent meal, 50 percent of which is protein. Because soybeans contain no starch, they are a good source of protein for diabetics.
Soybeans are also sprouted for use as a salad ingredient or as a vegetable and may be eaten roasted as a snack food. Young soybeans, known as edamame, are commonly steamed or boiled and eaten directly from the pod.
Modern research has led to a remarkable variety of uses for the soybean. Its oil can be processed into margarine, shortening, and vegetarian and vegan cheeses. Soybean meal serves as a high-protein meat substitute in many food products, including baby foods and vegetarian foods, and can be imparted with a meat like texture for increasing the cooked yield of ground meats. Industrially, the oil is used as an ingredient in paints, adhesives, fertilizers, sizing for cloth, linoleum backing, and fire-extinguisher fluids, among other products.

Sesame seed has been used as a condiment and a source of edible oil for over 5000 years.
Its use is as common as topping a sesame seed hamburger bun, sprinkled on a wide variety of Asian dishes, and studding crackers and sweets in South Asian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Caribbean cuisine.
Sesame seed is the seed of the sesame plant (Sesamum indicum). The plant is an annual herb with foxglove-like flowers that produce pods containing the edible sesame seeds.
The pods burst open with a pop when the seeds are mature.
The seeds can also be pressed for sesame oil. Besides use as a condiment, in Asia, the toasted seeds are used to make sesame paste, which is often used as a peanut butter substitute.
Sesame seeds originate from the plant Sesamum Indicum L. excellent for human consumption. Natural Sesame Seeds contain all the natural nutrients of sesame seeds. Sesame seeds have high oil content (approx. 48% min.) and protein content (approx. 25%).
